Cretan group INKA S/M buys Vidalis S/M in Cyclades
The General Assembly of the suppliers and consumers of Cooperative IN.KA. of Chania adopted unanimously the continuation of negotiations for the acquisition of super market “Vidalis Market.”
As the President of IN.KA., Mr. Apostolos Alexakis said, “the main goal for us is to a further development of IN.KA.”.
“Vidalis market” has 43 million euros as turnover this year, and as Mr. Alexakis mentioned “we are aiming to reach 60 million euros“.
The specific price of the acquisition has not yet been determined.
“Vidalis market“is present for more that 30 years in almost all the islands of the Aegean.
It is one of the leading trading companies of the Greek islands, having 400 employees in 12 supermarkets, and 4 cash and carry stores (Tinos, Syros, Naxos, Paros, Milos, Santorini, Chios, Kalymnos).
