Euronews: Who will pay if Greece fails?

The Greek debt which is around 324 billion euros is owned by a number of different institutions, according to Euronews. But, who will pay if Greece fails?

According to Euronews the Eurozone will pay 193,8 billion, other bond holders 48,8 billion, IMF 32,2 billion, ECB 20.0 billion, other lenders 10,5 billion and the Greek banks 10,9 billion.
