“We want to see what we bought”

chaniaairportThat’s what a journalist of Deutsche Welle asked from the airport master of Chania, Mr. Stavros Kastrinakis.

According to neatv.gr, DW wanted to make a reportage for the buying of the 14 greek regional airports from Fraport.

What DW was asking for -in the letter of DW to Mr. Kastrinakis- was to see if it could be possible for a TV crew to make a cover story for the airport of Chania.

The answer of Mr. Kastrinakis was clear… “You have not bought anything yet”.

Finally, the german TV crew arrived in Chania one month before the elections… and the German journalist told Mr. Kastrinakis… “Fraport is very lucky to  buy an airport such as yours!”
