A human skeleton was found in a well at Malia, Heraklion on Thursday afternoon.
Police officers are trying to find out any useful evidence, in an effort to identify the skeleton.
According to information, the skeleton may belongs to a young man, but any conclusion will be announced after the examination in Police’s labs.
Officers have also found a camera in the mud inside the well and they will try to check it for any useful information.
Many people from Malia associate the skeleton with missing young Briton Steven Cook, but it is too early to jump into such conclusions.
It has to be mentioned that the Chief of the Police on Crete, Mr. Lagoudakis, is inspecting the whole investigation.
