  1. Please chaniapost about help-my mail to
Mr Anastasios Vamvoukas, and local authorities

I would ask for a topic. Two weeks ago I was in Paleochora. The first time I saw such a destroyed marine, the firepit has broken windows, there are rubbish and rubble everywhere. Near the port is a old hotel building full of homeless people. Between Marina and the beach is a garbage dump. At the main street, they sleep among the bottles and garbage drunk and homeless. The police or the staff do not do anything about it. Does Paleochora have any more authorities, mayors or police? Please see the pictures. (please give Chaniapost me Your mail adress to send photos)

    Best regards

    Joanna

  2. I enjoy your paper so much, from Canada.

I wonder if someone could send me advertising rates? Sometime in the next few months, I would like to put a small personal advertisement in your publications, seeking accommodation. My husband and I would like to spend several months in Crete in about a year (January – April 2019). We are hoping for a housesitting opportunity. Thanks for your help.

  3. I love to catch up with the latest news on Crete. I spent a few months in and around Xania in my youth and my experiences will stay with me for ever. One day I’ll return but till then I’m happy just to keep up with the e-news. It’s great, thank you.
