Tourists hit by lightning in Knossos. Russian brought back to life

Unbelievable incident in the archaeological site of Knossos.

A group of Russian tourists tried to protect themselves from the rain and they made the mistake to go down of a pine tree.

Unfortunately, a lightning struck the tree and 17 of them were injured and transferred to the hospital.

Amongst them, a 46 year old woman who had a heart attack and it was believed that she was pregnant.

Three doctors and rescuers managed to bring her back to life.

She was transferred in critical health condition to the Emergency Dept. of Venizelion Hospital and had a surgery.

After the operation, doctors found out that she was not pregnant.

A pregnant woman worker in Knossos was also transferred to the hospital for the first aid.

In total, 17 people were injured in Knossos and 8 ambulances were used to transfer them to the hospital.
